The Granite Suite
Down around the backside of the octagon facing the lake is the private entrance to the Granite Suite. This cozy suite has a fireplace in the living room and the walls are the original granite foundation of the home, which was built in 1850. This is a very unique room, some refer to as the "hobbit suite" due to the characteristics of the space.. The room was completed renovated in 2016 with new windows, carpets, ceiling and lighting. A king bed, queen sleeper sofa and private bath completes the setting.
Amenities: half kitchen area, small refrigerator, counter top convection/toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, sink, dishes, private bath with shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, and free Wi-Fi.
